What you'll probably want to ask.

What does beta access mean right now?

During beta, all new signups start on Plus and Plus is free. We want feedback from real use of the full core experience before final pricing takes effect.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes. Once beta ends and billing starts, you will be able to choose between Starter and Plus. Pro will open later as an upgrade path when that tier is ready.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your journal stays intact and read-only for 12 months after cancellation. You can export all sessions and frames at any time.

How do Starter and Plus differ?

Starter is the planned post-beta free tier with limits. Plus is the full everyday plan with unlimited sessions and frames, pattern insights, public profile, and sharing tools.

Do you use my photos to train AI?

No. Your frames are private by default and are never used to train third-party models.

What's a "session"?

A session is a shoot, walk, concert, or outing - a body of frames with shared intent. During beta everyone has Plus access, so sessions and frames are unlimited.

Do you offer student or nonprofit rates?

We plan to support student and nonprofit pricing as billing launches.
